$ 500.00 USDThe Village Built with Gold© Sometimes things don’t go as planned; the year is 1519 and after having been gone for two years, I return to Spain. This painting is of my journey and the love that is no more. My name is Hernan Cortez. I am a great looking man and my body is like a playground for goddesses. Women call me the explorer of love because of my Spanish love making techniques. My heavy Spanish accent seems to draw them in. I’ve instructed many men in the art of love making; one name Ferdinand Magellan. Unfortunately Ferdinand is now my archrival. I told Ferdinand that I was going to talk to King Charles I and the Queen of Spain next week about my plans to find gold. I invited Ferdinand to join me and this is where our friendship ended. Ferdinand’s mother, being a close friend of the Queen, set up a private appointment for him to see the Queen. Ferdinand seduced her and she gave him five ships to find gold. I canceled my intentions to meet with the King and changed my plan. I needed to use my gift of love. I also met the Queen and we made beautiful love together. She said “You are such a great lover; the best I have ever had so to celebrate our love, I will give you anything.” I replied, “Give me five ships with supplies.” Remembering her encounter with Ferdinand, she said, “I don’t have any more ships.” She paused for a moment, “We have a mule.” “I don’t want a mule! I asked for five ships and you want to give me a mule?” And the story continues... |
